Jerome Partington

Independent Director - Sustainability and Built Environment

Jerome is an advocate for an equitable and living future. He is a transformational thought leader in Aotearoa enabling conscious and systemic thinking, in the business and the built environment sectors. He has experienced the limitations of traditional green design, sustainable strategy and Living Buildings, and now works to enable systems thinking and change in partnering with project stakeholders and governance organisations. This developmental approach turns our work on its head, from fragmented problem solving toward unfolding potential, self-management and self-determination in creating systems value and health.


Jerome’s background in science, the arts and architecture and his love of te taio our living world, has generated many leading and award winning projects such as Te Whare Kura, Pegasus Primary School and Waste Management, as well as working with organisation such as AIR NZ, Fletcher Living and Auckland Council. Over the last 21 years he led the Jasmax corporate sustainable direction and sustainable brand, as well as teaching and educating, public speaking and uplifting industry and public to understand and play their role in creating a viable future for all life.
